What really stood out was how quick everything was — from searching online, to applying, to making the drive in to tour the units, the whole process took about 48 hours, with move-in happening shortly after. We were truly impressed with how efficient everything was. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The Dunes community truly has something for everyone, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

My Father and I visited multiple Senior living places and The Dunes was by far the nicest. Brand new buildings, the common area is large with a fireplace and large tv, has a sun room and patio, has a nice little workout room. Tammi was also one of the reasons we picked The Dunes. She is super nice, very informative and helpful. She made the process seamless and her communication is the best. Looking forward to bringing the kids down to enjoy the pool and beach!
