As out-of-state renters, we were initially worried about how complicated the process might be, but it turned out to be incredibly easy and seamless. Being able to review all unit types, pricing, and availability online was extremely helpful and made narrowing down our options simple and stress-free. Tammi, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was very responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process — from our initial inquiry to the application and all the way through move-in. Having someone so attentive made the entire experience feel smooth and well-organized. What really stood out was how quick everything was — from searching online, to applying, to making the drive in to tour the units, the whole process took about 48 hours, with move-in happening shortly after. We were truly impressed with how efficient everything was. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The Dunes community truly has something for everyone, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!"
